Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping
If the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent, Dollar Traders will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
